HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE

We offer full refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Item(s) must not be worn or altered; must be in original condition and must have all tags attached.

All sale, lingerie, active apparel, swim, accessory, jewelry and body items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

POLICY

Items purchased from HOW are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

SHOES

Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

TOPS AND DRESSES

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

REFUNDS

Returns do take us 8-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

EXCEPTIONS

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are not refundable.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

During the Holiday season (Nov. 1st – Dec 25th), we will accept your return after 30 days so long as it is received by January 10th.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
